Original East German National People’s Army (NVA) sling manufactured for use with RPG-pattern launchers during the Cold War.
One of the most distinctive features of these slings is the unusual dark plum / purplish webbing, a color commonly associated with certain East German military textiles and equipment. Combined with heavy-duty construction and simple metal hardware, they have an unmistakable Warsaw Pact look.
These are genuine military surplus, not modern reproductions. Expect normal storage wear, discoloration, markings, or minor cosmetic differences from sling to sling.
