The Yudashkin winter jacket is one of the more recognizable pieces from Russia’s late-2000s military uniform modernization period, sitting squarely between the older Flora-era uniforms and the later VKBO/VKPO system.
Produced in the Russian EMR / Digital Flora camouflage pattern, this is the winter version of the uniform and features a removable insulated liner, allowing the jacket to be worn either as a heavier cold-weather layer or in a lighter configuration depending on conditions.
The uniform family is commonly referred to by collectors as the “Yudashkin” uniform, after Russian designer Valentin Yudashkin, who was involved in the Russian military’s uniform redesign program during this period. These jackets are strongly associated with the early EMR era and the transitional Russian military look of the late 2000s and early 2010s.
Features:
- Original Russian military issue
- EMR / Digital Flora camouflage
- Winter-weight construction
- Removable insulated liner
- Multiple field pockets
- Early modern Russian military pattern
Size 48-4 (US Medium Regular Equivalent)
This jacket features an oversized military winter cut, fitting closer to a US Large to accommodate the thick removable insulated liner and additional layers.

Genuine military surplus that has been previously issued and used. Items remain in good overall condition with minor signs of service wear, such as light fading, small scuffs, or general handling marks.

Genuine military surplus showing more noticeable signs of field use. Expect faded camouflage patterns, fabric fraying, scuffs, and general wear from extended service. These items have a more worn, battle-used appearance.
Note: All items are authentic military surplus. Cosmetic wear, color variation, and signs of prior use may vary between individual pieces.
