One of the more unique Cold War-era camouflage patterns to come out of the Balkans, the M89 “Blue Puzzle” pattern stands out immediately. Featuring a mix of deep blues, greys, and muted tones in an almost geometric, fragmented layout, this pattern was developed for use by Yugoslav forces in urban and mixed environments.
Originally fielded in the late Yugoslav period and carried into the conflicts of the 1990s, this camo saw use with various military and police units. While less common than traditional woodland-style patterns, it has become highly sought after due to its distinct look and limited availability.
These field shirts follow a classic military cut durable, functional, and built for actual field use rather than fashion.
Features:
- Authentic Serbian/Yugoslav military surplus
- M89 “Blue Puzzle” camouflage pattern
- Durable cotton or poly-cotton construction (varies slightly by batch)
- Button front closure
- Dual chest pockets for storage
- Adjustable cuffs
- Lightweight enough for layering or standalone wear
Each piece may show minor variation in shade and wear due to storage and age, adding to the character of true surplus.
If you’re tired of the same old woodland and want something different—but still rooted in real military use—this is it.
Condition Guide:
- Most shirts are unissued / new old stock and in great condition
- Minor storage marks or slight shade variations may be present
- One XL shirt is discounted due to a small hole (<1 cm) on the chest pocket
