U.S. Military Modular Sleeping Bag — Patrol Bag (Type I)

This is the Patrol (Type I) sleeping bag from the U.S. Military Modular Sleeping System (MSS). It’s the lightweight green bag designed for mild to cool conditions and is commonly used on its own in warmer weather or layered with the intermediate and extreme cold bags for full winter setups.

These are genuine U.S. military issue items, not commercial reproductions. Manufactured by Tennier Industries Inc. under U.S. government contract and marked with official NSNs.

Condition Options

• Factory Sealed (New / Unissued): Still sealed in original military packaging. Never issued or used. Labels, tags, and inspection markings intact.
• Unsealed: Previously issued and used. Fully serviceable with normal signs of military use such as light wear, creasing, storage marks, or faded inspection labels. No major damage.
