USGI First Aid Kit Case (NOS, 1984 Contract) – ALICE Compatible

Step into the Cold War era with this authentic USGI First Aid Kit Case, manufactured under a 1984 DLA military contract for the U.S. Army. These cases are New Old Stock, never issued, and include the original plastic first aid insert designed to hold the Individual First Aid Kit carried by U.S. soldiers from the early 1980s through the start of the Desert Storm era.

This pouch and insert were part of the larger Individual First Aid Kit issued across multiple branches of service. These kits originally contained bandages, compressed dressings, povidone-iodine, water purification tablets, an eye dressing, and a small resuscitation instruction card. Due to age, any remaining items should be considered expired and for display/collecting only.
