The $5 Surplus Grab Bag is our way of clearing out the battlefield of gear that’s seen better days — scuffed, stained, torn, missing a button, or just weird. All genuine surplus, all perfectly fine for display, tinkering, cosplay, Frankenstein projects, or tossing in your “might use it someday” pile.

For five bucks, you get ONE random item from the damaged/oddball bin. Could be:

• Field jacket with a rip
• Canteen pouch with a busted snap
• Gas mask hood missing a strap
• BDU top with a stain
• Helmet cover with frayed edges
• Random foreign camo piece we can’t even identify anymore

This is surplus roulette. You pay five dollars, we grab something from the bin, and that’s what you get. No hand-picking. No swapping. No returns.
