This Gorka 3 is built from surplus Soviet-era tent fabric and VSR 93, commonly known as “Barvikha.” Originally developed during the turbulent post-Soviet years, VSR-93 became one of Russia’s first widely issued camouflage patterns before eventually being replaced by Flora. Combined with the legendary Gorka 3 cut, the result is a rugged field suit that looks right at home in the mountains, the woods, or your next questionable life decision.
The classic Gorka 3 design features a generous cut for layering, reinforced construction, and an adjustable hood to keep the elements at bay. Shoulder pockets with hook-and-loop panels provide space for patches and small essentials, while the elastic waistband and drawstring adjustments allow you to dial in the fit whether you’re hiking, training, or just collecting obscure military gear.
Sizing This suit is available in Russian size 56-4, which roughly translates to a US Men’s Large/XL (44-46” chest) and is intended for individuals approximately 5’7”–5’10” (170-176 cm) tall. As with most Gorka suits, the cut is designed to be worn over additional layers.
